-We do not offer exchanges or refunds for any parcels that are returned to us due to an incorrectly entered address, incorrect information provided, or failure to respond to delivery attempts.


-You may modify or cancel your order before it is dispatched, but once the shipping process has started, no changes or cancellations can be made to the order or any information provided at checkout.


-Sale items are final and not eligible for returns. 

-Parcels returned to us due to the customer's absence are non-refundable. However, if you pay for the shipping fee again, we can reship the order to you.


-We are not responsible for parcels lost during transit. Please make sure to monitor the tracking number we provided until the parcel arrives.

-Any duty or import taxes must be paid by international customers.



-We are not responsible for any delays at customs due to unpaid taxes.



-We do not cover any customs fees, duties, or taxes imposed by your government. 


-Unfortunately, these matters are beyond our control, and all related charges are not calculated at checkout on our online store.


-If you refuse delivery due to customs fees or if your order is returned to us because of unpaid duties, we cannot provide a refund for the issue.

Return Policy

Please note that all sales are final, and we do not offer refunds. Instead, we are pleased to offer exchanges or store credit for returned items.



Returns & Exchanges

Customers may return items for a store credit refund (excluding initial delivery charges and site payment fees(2.0% + £0.25)) or an exchange (customer is responsible for exchange delivery charges) within 14 days of purchase. If more than 14 days have passed, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund, and the item will be sent back to you.



Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Items

We do not offer exchanges or refunds for the following:

Used items

Items lost or damaged in transit (we are not responsible for postal losses/damages)

All accessories, including but not limited to: hats, shoes, hair accessories, necklaces, and earrings

If any of the above conditions are met, we reserve the right to refuse the return at our discretion.

Processing Time

Please allow up to 10 working days from the date we receive your return to process it and confirm your refund or exchange. A confirmation email will be sent once the process is complete.
